$25 Billion for the BIG THREE – what about the little guys
GM, Ford and Chrysler want another $25 billion of your tax dollars so they can keep making cars that no one wants to buy! GM had an Electric Vehicle (EV1) on the market 12 years ago and the people WANTED it. They chose to pull them all back in and destroy/crush them.
The big 3 don’t deserve any more handouts. If you want to give away another $25 Billion tax dollars, give it to the companies that are making electric plug-in vehicles and batteries today. They are the companies we need to reward.

Let the big 3 go the way of the Dodo bird. Help the start-up car manufacturers retool the factories for EVs. We can keep people employed, building vehicles that are good for us and the planet.
Still have some factories and staff left over? Ramp up Wind Turbines and Solar production. Like Al Gore said, we need a completely renewable electrical grid, within 10 years. Yes, it can be done. We just need to dedicate the resources. This is where our future lies.
