The household water pressure will cause the cold water to flow thru the hose, be heated by the sun and then flow into the hot water tank &quot;preheated&quot;. There may be an issue with the water sitting in the &quot;hose&quot; before it enters the hot water heater - depending on sanitation, bacteria growth, etc... you may want to check with your health department before trying this at home...</description>
